Process of Startup Registration

Below is the startup registration process in India – 

Step-1 Incorporate your business. It is compulsory to register either as a Private Limited Company or a Limited Liability Partnership or a Registered Partnership Firm.

Step-2  Visit Startup India Website & register yourself as a company with all necessary details. 

Step-3 Provide all the documents asked by DPIIT.
