Compliances list for Companies
- Board Meeting: Every Company needs to hold a minimum number of four (4) Board meetings every year in such a manner that not over one hundred and twenty days (120 days) shall intervene between two consecutive meetings of the Board.
- Annual General Meeting: Every company needs to hold annual general meeting within six months, from closing of the financial year (With in 30th September)
- Statutory Registers: Company needs to Maintain Statutory Registers which includes Register of Director, Director Shareholding, Members, share transfer, etc.
- Minutes: Minutes of Proceedings of Board Meeting & General Meeting to be prepared and kept signed within thirty days.
- Forms to be obtained from Directors: Annual Disclosures and Declarations from Directors in form MBP-1 & DIR-8

- E-form AOC-4- Form for filing financial statements and other documents with the Registrar–Within 30 days from the date of AGM.

- E-form DPT-3- Return of deposits with in 30th June of immediate next financial year (applicability of this e-form based on the Financial transactions of the company )
- E-form MSME-1-Half yearly (applicability of this e-form based on all outstanding dues to Micro or small enterprises suppliers for the half year ended)
- FLA return- Under FEMA FLA to be filed by immediate next financial year.
- BEN Form–Beneficial Interest- (whenever applicable)
