Job description

  • Management of the front desk.
  • Managing day-to-day office operations and ensuring a well-organized workspace
  • Assign and ensure work tasks are completed on time by the employees.
  • Update appointment calendars and schedule meetings/ appointments
  • Assisting in preparing reports, presentations, etc.
  • Coordinating with clients for the collection of monthly data
  • Assisting in the preparation of data for accounting, and registration.
  • Organize new client contracts, create invoices, and process client payments
  • Resolve billing issues with clients and internal team members
  • Innovative thinking and willingness to challenge existing methods where improvement is possible
  • Help to prepare deliverables including reports, presentations, and discussions with the client.

Qualification

  • Experience  1 to 2 years
  • Any degree.
  • Should join at earliest.

Job Type

Full-time from the office ( Mon to Fri)

CTC 

Annual CTC Rs 1.5 Lakhs to Rs 1.8 lakhs, as per assessment of candidate profile.
