Job description
- Management of the front desk.
- Managing day-to-day office operations and ensuring a well-organized workspace
- Assign and ensure work tasks are completed on time by the employees.
- Update appointment calendars and schedule meetings/ appointments
- Assisting in preparing reports, presentations, etc.
- Coordinating with clients for the collection of monthly data
- Assisting in the preparation of data for accounting, and registration.
- Organize new client contracts, create invoices, and process client payments
- Resolve billing issues with clients and internal team members
- Innovative thinking and willingness to challenge existing methods where improvement is possible
- Help to prepare deliverables including reports, presentations, and discussions with the client.
Qualification
- Experience 1 to 2 years
- Any degree.
- Should join at earliest.
Job Type
Full-time from the office ( Mon to Fri)
CTC
Annual CTC Rs 1.5 Lakhs to Rs 1.8 lakhs, as per assessment of candidate profile.
