Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and management. Commerce.
Working Hours: This is a full-time position, Days shift (Monday to Friday)

Roles & Responsibilities
- Management of the front desk.
- Managing day-to-day office operations and ensuring a well-organized workspace.
- Assign and ensure work tasks are completed on time by the employees.
- Performing basic admin duties such as sending emails, calling clients, data entry,
- Update appointment calendars and schedule meetings/ appointments
- Preparing and editing reports, presentations, etc.
- Managing all records of the employees.
- Coordinating with clients for collection of data.
- Providing assistance in the preparation of data for accounting, and registration.
- Provide administrative support for the operations team.
- Resolve billing issues with clients and internal team members.
- Innovative thinking and willingness to challenge existing methods where improvement is possible.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects.
- Able to complete complex administrative tasks with minimal supervision.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
