Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and management. Commerce.
Working Hours: This is a full-time position, Days shift (Monday to Friday)
Industry Type: Accounting & Consulting company.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Management of the front desk.
  • Managing day-to-day office operations and ensuring a well-organized workspace.
  • Assign and ensure work tasks are completed on time by the employees.
  • Performing basic admin duties such as sending emails, calling clients, data entry,
  • Update appointment calendars and schedule meetings/ appointments
  • Preparing and editing reports, presentations, etc.
  • Managing all records of the employees.
  • Coordinating with clients for collection of data.
  • Providing assistance in the preparation of data for accounting, and registration.
  • Provide administrative support for the operations team.
  • Resolve billing issues with clients and internal team members.
  • Innovative thinking and willingness to challenge existing methods where improvement is possible.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize projects.
  • Able to complete complex administrative tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
